What to do for LSAT prep test next week?

I'm taking a LSAT prep test next week and I have done zero prep what should I do. This is my first step in prep but I don't wanna suck too bad. Thanks

Here's are a couple of things you could do, each of which is free :-)

1. Go to http://www.lsat.com/LSAT/lsat-prep-materials.asp and download the "Sample Questions With Explanations" and also the "June 2007 LSAT." Both are free. Read the Sample Questions With Explanations file first--it will give you an overview of the questions on the LSAT, as well as explanations for the questions they examine. After that, if you want to put in a few hours, print out the other file and take that test as a practice LSAT. That will give you a full practice run for your test next week. Most importantly, it will help you understand the time pressure on the LSAT. Time problems are one of the big killers on the exam (most people can do the questions, but they can't do them fast enough).

2. Go to http://www.powerscore.com/lsat/virtual/content_index.cfm and click on the Free Trial link in the middle of the page. It leads to a free trial of the PowerScore Virtual LSAT course--you basically get Lesson One of the class for free, and that will help you with understanding some of the basic ideas of the LSAT.

3. On that same site, go to http://www.powerscore.com/lsat/help/content_index.cfm. That is an index of free LSAT help articles, including discussions on all the question types and most frequent answers.

Anyway, if you do all that, you will definitely feel ready for your test next week. It would also help give you an idea of what kind of prep you will want/need to do for the real thing in June

Good luck!
