"Oxford Seminars" LSAT Prep--reviews?
I am considering enrolling in a one month 45+ hour LSAT prep course with Oxford Seminars (www.oxfordseminars.ca/com). Has anyone ever taken a course with them specifically LSAT prep or has any reviews for me to read? This will be very helpful. Additionally, anything on Kaplan, Testmasters or any other LSAT prep provider is appreciated. Thank you.
You know what I wouldn't bother with the Oxford seminar at all. The best way to go about preparing for the LSAT, which you may have heard elsewhere, is to purchase all 50 (probably more) Official LSAT tests and to do these exams under timed simulated conditions. If you are looking for more prep I have heard that Testmasters can be an efficient study aid. From personal experience, the Oxford Seminar did nothing but introduce me to the types of questions on the exam what to expect etc., pretty much a waste of time. Then i purchased the Official tests PLUS the Powerscor Logic Games Bible and Powerscore's Logical Reasoning Bible went through those with a fine tooth comb and I excelled on the LSAT. In sum, my advice would be for you to do every single official test out there in combination with the Powerscore Bibles and you will do great.
