should I take an LSAT prep course?
I have the princeton review book and CD thing, but I want to know if I should take a prep course too, I want to take the test in June
Research has demonstrated that taking prep courses generates a modest increase in standardized test scores. If you feel that you might be a marginal candidate, then taking such a course might make the difference between making it into a good law school and not making it. But if your grades are excellent, it probably isn't worth your while.
Another factor to consider is what kind of law school you want to attend. If you're aiming for Yale or Harvard, then every last point will make a difference. If you're not aiming quite that high, I would chill out and not worry so much about it.
