Good GPA, low LSAT diagnostic score?
I took a diagnostic practice LSAT at Kaplan. I had not prepared at all for it. I just wanted to see how I would do without any preparation. I made a 136. I know that is terribly low. I signed up for the class and I plan on working my butt off, because I really want to go to law school. I have a 3.6 GPA my university and I don't care what law school I get in. I just want to go to law school. How likely is it for me to get my score up around 10 to 20 points from now until the real LSAT in June. Thanks.
If you do study I do feel you should be able to get your score in the 150 range and with your GPA most law schools, with the exception of the top 10 - 20 law schools should be willing to consider you. Should you be able to get your score up another 25 points then you will begin to get competitive for the upper echelon schools.
