homeschool books, etc for 14y/o on law, psychology & business?
i'm fourteen years old and am starting homeschool on tuesday. i would like to read up a lot on law, psychology and business because these are the three most likely career paths i want to follow and i want to read more on them to decide which i would most like to get into. however, a lot of these books are written in quite complicated language. i can read as well as any adult but if it's using complicated terms that aren't for people that don't know anything about the subject it wouldn't be suitable.
any ideas? oh, and i need it to be british! preferably with a shop i can buy it from but online is okay too. thanks!
thank you for the suggestion. i simply meant a book that is written at a-level level or something that would be used as a textbook or whatever rather than a book containing just the law with no explaination of it. i want something that breaks the law down sort of thing. and all the books are for is to read through and such, not to do any exams in them. thanks again!
You could try searching a site such as Amazon or Waterstones for ideas; ask the schools' librarian at your local library; or look at the lists of recommended texts on various school sites etc such as Oxford Homeschool:
