I am obliged to use the roman numbers at the begining?

You don't need to worry about any of this stuff. If your book is accepted for publication your editor will support you along the way. The important thing now is, write an excellent book - the very best you can produce, then check it for errors. Submit it to an agent or a publisher (or more than one at a time, as they are likely to hold on to your manuscript for at least 3 months!). Don't send them the entire ms - they usually ask for 3 chapters and a synopsis. Ring them first and ask!
