How do i study Business Law and get the most of the whole course?
Besides, give me the focal point of Business Law, study materials e.g books, web sites
Like any other course, you study the materials the professor recommends.
But there are several prospectives if you are to benefit the most. If you are going to be a lawyer, you must approach the course from the standpoint of everybody. Learn all sides and be ready to take any position. But nobody knows everything about the law. If you are not going to be a lawyer and take that approach you may miss what is most valuable to you. You will learn plenty in any case. Perhaps the most valuable course you will take.
Try to concentrate on the areas that concern your future plans. If you are going to start your own business, try to concentrate on those issues.
If you plan to work in a particular field concentrate on that. Just think of the confidence it will give you as you decide on a particular course of action.

I was doing everything my upline asked and still could not seem to make any money in my MLM opportunity.
I attended all the meetings and training calls. I made my list and diligently contacted each person.
I made flyers and hung bags of sizzle cards on atms daily.
I followed to a tee the process of peaking interest; edifying my upline; setting up the 3way call with my upline; and finally hoping and praying my upline could at least convince my prospect to look at a live presentation for my MLM opportunity.
I went through this process over and over again and enjoyed little to no success. My upline kept telling me to be patient and stay consistent. It's a numbers game she would say and eventually i would find the right people to join my me.
The fact is for awhile I truly believed she was right and in a lot of ways she probably was. Afterall, it is true of course that the more people you prospect the higher your chances are or sponsoring someone; it's just the law of averages.
There was something missing though. I strongly believed in what I was doing and also in myself. I also knew I had a strong desire to succeed in MLM; but what was the missing element?
I had been on our weekly training calls and heard my uplines talk about self-development and developing a wealth and prosperity mindset. They would explain how changing your mentality is essential to success in MLM and indeed in any aspect of life.
I would listen and indeed I knew they were making great points, but I never really saw how this truly connected with my success(or lack thereof) in MLM. I kind of assumed it was just motivational talk to keep people from quitting who were not making any money.
Then one day online I stumbled upon a link for a book called Magnetic Sponsoring written by a successful network marketer named Mike Dillard.
As I was reading this book, it finally became clear to me why I was having such a hard time building my business. In fact it was exactly that. I was spending too much time building my business and not enough time building up "Myself."
Ah ha! This is what all those self-development trainings were trying to teach me. It wasn't just a bunch of rhetoric to keep people from quitting. It was finally starting to make sense.
The answer to my question lay in one simple sentence in Magnetic Sponsoring;"People do not join a business,they join You."
Wow! This sentence changed my whole mindset. All the while I had been putting all my focus into promoting and getting people to join my business, but not giving anyone any reason to join "Me". I was not branding myself as a valuable asset.
The key to success in MLM is developing your own skills and leadership ability so that you can help others be successful. This is the key point I had to learn and is the reason I now am beginning have success in network marketing.
People are looking for solutions to their problems and leadership. If you develop yourself into someone who can provide leadership and solve problems, people will join you no matter what MLM you are in.
It is a long process developing the leadership skills needed for success in MLM and indeed I am in just the beginning. I know it won't happen overnight, but at least now I have a clue.
I strongly recommend reading Mike Dillard's Magnetic Sponsoring. The content in this book will change the way you approach building your business forever.
