Bar Exam Study Habits
What shall i eat during stress in exams?

I got a bad habit of eatin too much while studying. I cant study without eating or having stuffed mouth with food. I am not crazy but thts just a habit..and only then i can grasp the knowledge. Bad habit from childhood. I keep eating every 1 hour..

So problem is, I am already overweight (10 kgs overweight), thou i need to lose it as the doctor mentioned..I am going to gain more 10 kkgs by the end of my exams.

I need Suggestions for something to eat:

Rules:
-> I have no time to cook..prefer off the shelf food
-> Wanna to avoid junkies or anything which can make me gain weight
-> Hate those nutritional bars and chewy bars.
-> Anything which can help me concentrate in studies and avoid creating a mess on my study papers.

I can tell you one thing, you need to be in constant supply of soluble sugar to keep ur brain working at it's best. I used to eat candies but you find ur own alternative
